Tata Motors has sold 50,000 units of the Nexon EV in less than four years of the SUV’s launch in 2020. The Nexon EV is available in two versions – Prime and Max – and prices range between Rs 14.49 lakh to Rs 19.54 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

Tata Nexon EV powertrain
The Nexon EV Prime has a 312-kilometer ARAI-certified range thanks to its 30.2-kWh battery. The Max, on the other hand, has a larger battery with 40.5 kWh and a 453-kilometer range (MIDC). The two renditions get an IP67 rating for their batteries and both accompany either a 3.3kW or a 7.2kW charger.
Engine Specification
The EV Prime and EV Max utilize a long-lasting magnet simultaneous engine and in the Prime, it creates 129hp and 245Nm of force, while it creates 143hp and 250Nm in the Maximum rendition.
Vehicle’s features
- The new 10.25-inch touchscreen was recently added to the EV Max Dark and XZ+ Lux trims by Tata Motors.
- An upgraded reverse camera, an integrated voice assistant, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity are among the features of this new infotainment system.
- The older, 7-inch touchscreen is available in other EV models, and both infotainment systems come with an eight-speaker setup.
- The ICE-powered car is due to receive a facelift in August this year and it is expected to feature the new infotainment system as well.
