India is producing more billionaires than any other nation after U.S and China. More than 1007 individuals including self-made rich are leading the Hurun India rich list for 2021. It’s not at all difficult to guess who is at the top. Mukesh Ambani and family leads but Adani surprises with his per day wealth that quadrupled in just one year.

Though it’s not even half of Ambani’s billionaire empire, the founder of Adani Group is now the second richest in Asia with a total wealth of Rs 5, 05,900 crores. The 59-years old earns INR 1002 crore per day whereas it’s INR 163 Crore for Ambani.

Mumbai Is Making More Billionaires As Per Hurun India List

Around 255 rich people are from dream city Mumbai with 38 new editions. Delhi stands second with 167 followed by Bengaluru having only 85 rich individuals. Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Pune, and Surat are other cities in the list of Hurun.

Hurun released the list on its 10 anniversary and the results made it a big celebration for the country. Compared to last year’s report, India’s wealth creation is growing at the speed of light and the number will outgrow in the next five years. Pharma, Chemicals, and Software are three sectors generating the richest Indians and boosting the country’s GDP.
