Apple To Launch 15-Inch MacBook Air Soon !!

Apple

The expectation that Apple would unveil the forthcoming 15-inch MacBook Air during a spring event, was shared by both Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman and display analyst Ross Young. It is waning as May progresses and WWDC draws closer.

Gurman now anticipates the unveiling of the new device at WWDC, and it would undoubtedly make for a compelling keynote headline.

A Call For 15-Inch

For years, we have demanded a MacBook Air with a bigger screen. In fact, Zac Hall first declared over ten years ago that this would be his ideal computer and that he would get one as soon as Apple released it.

This week, I discovered a tweet from 2012 in my Timehop feed where I stated my intention to purchase a 15-inch MacBook Air, presuming one would eventually be available.

Chance Miller concurred, stating that for him and many others, it would be the ideal MacBook.

For me and presumably many other people, this would be the ideal portable MacBook. Although the 16-inch MacBook Pro is a fantastic computer, its 4.8-pound weight makes it noticeable in your backpack.

The 16-inch MacBook Pro is a fantastic choice if you require its power. However, given my circumstances, I don’t require that power but would still like the 16-inch screen size.

People’s Desire

I claimed that many consumers seek the advantages of a larger screen for productivity without having a MacBook Pro’s processing capability.

People might desire a MacBook Air with a large screen for a variety of reasons. It should go without saying that you can work with two windows open at once. To take advantage of this, you don’t need to use premium applications.

While working on a paper, a student might have a website open. A skilled cook could be working on a grocery list while also opening a recipe. If they haven’t yet heard about Scrivener, a writer might be writing with their notes open. Numerous options are available.

Apple was probably concerned about eating into those sales since a sizable portion of consumers purchased a MacBook Pro only for the larger screen size.

However, as the MBP has become more expensive, the risk of this has significantly decreased, as has the possibility of Pro buyers downgrading.

For instance, a 13-inch MacBook Air can now be purchased for $999. The least expensive Apple MacBook Pro they can get will set them back at least $2499 if they want to increase the screen size to 16 inches.

Very few consumers will be prepared to spend 2.5 times as much money only to have a bigger screen.

It’s unlikely that many MacBook Pro users will opt to purchase a 15-inch MacBook Air because they almost all purchase the device because they require the extra power.
