- 8 large eggs
- Half cut tomatoes- less than half kg
- Baby spinach- quarter cup
- Salt and pepper
- French bread- for serving

Preheat the oven at 400 degree F, meanwhile sauté the onions and garlic on skillet with little oil. Add spices and cook for a minute. Put all the half-cut tomatoes into the skillet and give it a stir.

- Tomatoes- 700 grams for sauce
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp

Blend the tomatoes coarsely. Sauté garlic in oil and add to the tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes for 15 minutes or till the sauce gets thick. Add seasoning and basil.

- All-purpose flour- quarter cup
- Egg- 1
- Bread crumbs 3/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese- quarter cup
- Boneless chicken breasts- 2
- Spaghetti- 4 ounce
- Vegetable oil- 6 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese- 2 ounces
- Salt and pepper
Prepare three bowls- add flour in the first, beaten eggs in second, and mixture of parmesan and crumbs in third.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Transfer to each bowl in sequence and place on skillet greased with oil. Flip the chicken once it gets golden brown color on one-side and cook the other side.
