G20 Chief Coordinator Harsh Vardhan Shringla said that women-led development has been a priority of chairmanship. We feel that it is very important to set a paradigm when it comes to women, not only in the workforce but also in context. I think we’ve made some pretty good progress in that area.

We have also established a new group which is Women Empowerment Group. So, in many ways I think the issues of women empowerment have been very high on the priorities of our presidency.
