The First Indian To Become The CEO Of BMW India Passes Away

New Delhi: BMW India’s President and CEO, Rudratej Singh die from a cardiac arrest on Monday morning. BMW Group India has expressed the condolences over his death in a statement.

BMW Group India said, ” Our prayers are with his family and loved ones.” He was an inspiration for everyone and we will always remember him for his compassionate behavior, said BMW Group India.

Furthermore, it added that in the challenging environment it was he whose vision and strategic orientation has helped the company. It further added that his death is a big loss for the company.

He left us on a crucial point when a company needs him the most. The company was working on the measures to strengthen the dealer network throughout the country.

In August 2019, Rudratej Singh had joined the BMW Group India. He had served the company with his 25 years of experience. He was holding a leadership position in both the automotive and non-automative industries.

As a Global President At Royal Enfield, he served his last assignment. Earlier, he worked with Unilever. Also, he had worked in international markets for more than 16 years.

His death is a great loss not only for the company but for the country as well especially when the market is already suffering.
