Ingredients

Flour- almond and coconut flour (half cup each)
Cream cheese- 3 blocks or 8 oz
Sour cream- 16 oz
Vanilla extract- 2 tbsp
Eggs- 3
Stevia- 1tbsp
Coconut- quarter cup
Butter- half cup or 1 stick

4 Steps To Bake Cheesecake

The first step set the oven at 300 degrees for preheating and grease the pan with butter and place the foil. Mix all the ingredients (except cream cheese, sour cream, and eggs) into a pan and set the crust. Keep in refrigerator

Secondly, prepare the filling by beating cream and cheese along with vanilla extract and stevia. Break an egg and add to the mix one by one. Transfer the filling to the pan, use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly over the crust.

Transfer the pan to a roasting pan filled with boiled water. Keep it in the oven and bake for an hour.

Once it’s bake, let it cool at room temperature first and then set it in the fridge for few hours. Decorate with strawberries and enjoy!

Almond Flour- 50 g
Baking powder- half tbsp
Agar Agar/Xanthan gum- quarter tsp
Heavy cream- 1 tbsp
Eggs- 2
Powder sweetener- 25 g
Unsalted melted butter- 37 g

Here Are The Instructions

Set the oven at 350 degrees F and evenly grease the madeleine mold with butter. Blend the cream and butter in a processor till it turns smooth and creamy. Beat an egg and add vanilla extract. Now, put all the remaining ingredients and mix properly.

Transfer a dollop of mixture into the silicone mold till it fills 3/4th and bake for few minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar and enjoy these afternoon treats.
