He is the main lawyer who was part of President Biden’s mishandling of the classified files during his tenure as a Vice – President.
In his report, he also mentioned that the current President suffers from poor memory when asked about the details of his son’s loss. Now Republicans get the clue to press the charges against Biden due to the alleged report of Hur.
Robert Hur’s claim about President Biden’s mental health condition already makes headlines in the tabloid. This gives a chance to Republicans to down the image of Biden when the election is near. Now they have pressed charges against Biden for his poor memory.
Who is Robert Hur? A Main Lead in the Biden Case
Ben Hur who is the special counsel, previously worked as a United States District Attorney in the District of Maryland from 2018 to 2021. He was the main investigator in the Joe Biden mishandling of classified information as a private citizen. Robert Hur concluded that he didn’t have enough evidence to press the charges against Biden, and even the Justice Department wanted to indict the current President.
Ben Hur released the 388-page report that was released last month. In this report, it was clearly mentioned that when he interviewed Biden in his office in October, he was unable to recall his son’s death year & which year his son died, and the year of his Vice-President when Barack Obama was the President.

They also acquired the transcript of the call that happened between Biden and The Ukrainian Prime Minister which they presented in front of the judiciary committee.
They are also looking for the incident when President Biden abused his power to fire the Ukrainian prosecutor, who was investigating the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, which threatened the President’s son Hunter, who served on the board.
It was rejected by the Biden side when it emerged in 2019. Republicans look after Robert Hur’s report which contains, files of bank records, documents, and more than 40 interviews with the family members, business associates, administration personnel, Department of Justice officials, and Internal Revenue Services whistleblowers. However, they are unable to find concrete evidence against Biden that he used his power for his personal family’s foreign business interests.
