Boeing said that the claims were inaccurate and it was confident that all its planes were safe enough.

The Boeing Company Said “The issues raised have been subject to rigorous engineering examination under [Federal Aviation Administration] oversight”.

The Whistleblower complaint which was reported in the New York Times, told about the safety concern in the planes manufactured by the Boeing company.

In the January incident Boeing’s smaller plane 737 Max 9 unusable exit door that was blown off shortly after the plane took off. All the passengers were saved from serious injury.

After that incident, the company went into serious production and financial crisis because the probe was made against it’s manufacturing process and all of the Boeing 737 Max 9 planes were shut down for a while till the completion of scrutiny by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Another Plane 787 Dreamliner also faced safety allegations since its inception in 2011, but after multiple complaints regarding the safety concerns of the plane were made the company slowed the production of its plane and stopped the deliveries.

Federal Aviation Authorities (FAA) probed the investigation against the Boieng plane and gave the clearance in 2022 to resume the deliveries.

Sam raised the issue against the Boeing 777 and 787 jets manufacture faults and the production unit was taking a shortcut path and avoiding minor mistakes.

After the complaint, he was threatened with termination. The engineer’s attorneys Debra Katz and Lisa Banks said in a statement  “These problems are the direct result of Boeing’s decision in recent years to prioritize profits over safety, and a regulator in the FAA that has become too deferential to industry”.

After his complaint, he was transferred to see the production of the 777 plane, where he further noted the safety issue in that plane.

The attorney further noted “He was threatened with termination, excluded from important meetings, projects, and communication, denied reasonable requests for medical leave, assigned work outside of his expertise, and effectively declared persona non grata to his colleagues,”

The FAA shows a double standard when it comes to investigating the Boeing company matter.

The FAA is investigating the matter thoroughly but didn’t comment on that.
