Camera

Comparing the Galaxy S23 Ultra to its predecessor, the Galaxy S22 Ultra, the primary difference has in the cameras. The new 200MP sensor on the Galaxy S23 Ultra provides enough detail to generate poster-sized prints, and the adaptive pixel sensor can merge sixteen pixels into one larger pixel to produce brighter and more detailed photos, particularly in low-light conditions.

By activating the 200MP mode, users can also crop photos after capturing them and adjust the framing. Although the Galaxy S23 Ultra‘s front camera seems to be downgraded from the Galaxy S22 Ultra‘s 40MP front camera, Samsung claims its better AI technology and Night portrait mode will produce superior portrait images overall.
