Kamala Harris Fox Channel Interview is To Get the Attention of the Swing States Voters
Kamala Harris appeared in lots of interviews before the election. Recently she appeared on the most watchful interview series 60 Minutes of CBS News, where she faced criticism by the right wing that her interview was edited to show Kamala Harris more succinctly.
She became the target of many Republicans for avoiding the interview but appearing on the ones who supported her like Oprah Winfrey, ABC Morning Talk on The View with Howard Stern, Late Night with Stephen Colbert and the podcast Call Me Daddy.
Other Democrats who appeared on the show are the governors Gavin Newsom, Josh Shapiro, Wes Moore, and Gretchen Whitmer, Senator Amy Klobuchar, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, John Fetterman, and Chris Coons also dropped in on the network.
Harris’s appearance could be interesting from so many points of view, first, she is appearing for the first time on-air public interview after the announcement of the presidential candidates, where she openly answers public queries.
Second, she wanted to thwart the media bubble of the Democrats to gain more votes from the swing states.
Of course, it’ll help her to gain the trust of the swing state voters. The hyper-close elections in swing states mean the difference of only point one or two is equal to 10,000 votes.
The Nelson media Research shows that CNN has more viewership in the Swing States than CNN and MSNBC. In a recent YouGov Poll – 54% of Republicans, 22% of Democrats, and 28% of Independent voters had watched CNN.
