- Sea Art Ship Management (OPC) Private Limited: Also involved in supporting the operations of Sahara Thunder.

Iranian military unit Sahara Thunder relies on a vast shipping network that is involved in the sale and shipment of Iranian goods to the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Russia, and several jurisdictions on behalf of Iran’s Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL).
Ship Contracts and Operations
Sahara Thunder had entered into a contract with Indian company Jane Shipping and Port India Pvt Ltd for the Cook Islands-flagged ship CHEM, which is managed and operated by UAE-based Safe Seas Ship Management FZE.
