BBCI Makes “Team Mask Force”; The Video Features Messages From Sorav, Virat

BBCI shared a video that featured several Indian famous cricketers, including Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly, and Sachin Tendulkar. In this video, all these cricketers requesting people to form a ‘mask force’.

BCCI captioned the video-

“TeamIndia is now #TeamMaskForce!”

This video highlights the self-designed masks and the prints on them, which represents either the unique traits or nicknames of the cricketers.

In the Virat Kohli mask, ‘V’ inscribed on it, and Sorav Ganguly wears a mask with the word ‘Dada’ inscribed on it. While Rahul Dravid wears a mask with a ‘wall’ imprinted on it.

When the video starts, Virat Kohli appears first and inform about the ‘team mask force‘. Then Ganguly comes and says that the force will be like PM Narendra Modi’s other task to fight the pandemic.

After Ganguly, Smriti Mandhana, India women opener comes and says that 130 crores Indians have to make a ‘mask force at their home’. Rohit Sharma, the vice-captain of team India, follows Mandhana and says,

“It’s very easy to be the part of mask force, you just have to make a mask for yourself at him, just like I have made myself one.”

Veteran spinner Harbhajan Singh wears a mask in which ‘turban’ painted over it. Next Harmanpreet Kaur, India Women captain shows her mask, which has a picture of a bat on it.

Legendary Rahul Dravid says,

“We have “We have to wear these masks every time we are outside our house.”

Virendra Sehwag shows his mask, which has a picture of a ‘commentator’s mike’ in the next frame of video.

Then Mithali Raj joins and says,

” A mask can be made using a clean cotton cloth, and you can design it the way you like, isn’t it good?”

At the end of the video, Sachin Tendulkar comes wearing his ‘number 10’ marked mask and urging people to be a part of the ‘mask force’.
