The video was shared by Harsh Goenka Chairman of RPG Enterprises. He was happy to see how the 50-year old CEO put an effort to create a happy culture at work.
The employees sitting in the cubicles were also seen dancing a bit and appreciating ten bosses for her courage and carefree attitude.
She initiated a big change that created a happy environment in the workplace. Twitter is applauding her.
