Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Criticizes the UNGA Resolution
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticize this and said “The despicable decision of the UN will not bind the Israeli government under my leadership. The Jewish people are not conquerors in their own land and are not conquerors in our victorious capital Jerusalem. No UN resolution will distort this historical truth.”
“Like hundreds of the twisted decisions against Israel taken by the UNGA over the years, today’s despicable decision will not bind the Israeli government. The Jewish nation is not an occupier in its own land and its own eternal capital, Jerusalem.”
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu commented on today's UN General Assembly Vote:
"Just like the hundreds of distorted UN General Assembly resolutions against Israel over the years, today's disgraceful resolution will not obligate the Government of Israel. pic.twitter.com/mTmkeFl6AC

Israel’s Foreign Minister Eli Cohen also Tweeted a thread and called the resolution an “Anti-Israeli”.
The UN General Assembly’s decision to request an advisory opinion on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict by the ICJ is an anti-Israeli decision that lends support to terrorist organizations & the antisemitic BDS movement, contravening the agreed-upon principles of the UN itself. >>

Their concern was that the resolution would support Palestine and become a threat to Israel’s integrity in the future.
What Actions Will ICJ Take Next?
After the resolution passed by UNGA in favor of Israeli-occupied Palestine, ICJ will prepare an advisory opinion report, and next in their final report they called for public opinion.
The matter will also be reached by the International Criminal Court, which is capable of making legally binding decisions.
Jerusalem previously raise the point that its territory doesn’t come under the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice since it does not approve its’ Rome Statute.
In return, ICJ ruled that it has jurisdiction in West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem since it accepted Palestine it’s a member in 2015.
