MP News: Congress MLA Fires While Dancing on “Main Hoon Don”

Sunil Saraf, a Kotma MLA from the Congress party, was charged by the Kotma police on Monday with violating section 336 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for firing into the air during the New Year’s celebrations. Narottam Mishra, the state’s minister of the interior, took notice of the situation. The Anuppur police were told to file a criminal complaint against Sunil Saraf.

MP News: Case Filed Against Congress MLA

According to the reports, Congress MLA Sunil Saraf fired a gunshot while dancing to the song “Main Hoon Don” on the occasion of New Year and birthday celebration. Sunil Saraf, a congressman and member of the local assembly for Kotma assembly constituency in Anuppur district, hosted a New Year’s party on Saturday night close to his bungalow in Ward 10 of Municipality Kotma.

MP News: There was also a musical performance going on, and during the song Main Hoon Daan, Sunil Saraf entered the stage and began dancing heroically while shooting the legal gun he had concealed in his pocket skyward.

Its video quickly became popular online. After viewing the footage on Monday morning, Madhya Pradesh’s Home Minister Narottam Mishra gave the Superintendent of Police and Anuppur district Collector instructions on what to do.

Ram Bhajan Shukla, the father of Bhubaneswar and a 32-year-old inhabitant of the hamlet of Devgawan in the Bhalumada district of Anuppur, went to the Kotma police station on Monday to file a report of aerial shooting against Kotma MLA Sunil Saraf.
