The wait is over for the candidates who have been waiting to appear in the UGC NET 2021. The hall tickets were expected to release by the end of September but University Grants Commission (UGC) may release them in the first week of October.

Students are advised to check the official website of UGC for downloading the hall tickets and follow these steps:
• Go to www.ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
• Click on the hall ticket link
• Enter the login ID and password, if you have forgotten the password enter the birth date
• Select the submit button and download the UGC NET admit card
Students should take a printout of the hall ticket to appear in the examination. Also, check the necessary details and information on the card.
UGC NET 2020/21 Revised Exam Dates:

The NET exams for the year second session of 2020 were delayed due to a pandemic which further pushed the date of the June 2021 session. University Grants Commission has decided to conduct exams for both sessions together for this year.
Exams will, however, be held online i.e. CBT mode, and begin from the second week of October. It will take place in two phases, one starting from 6th to 8th October and the second will begin on 17th. Those appearing in the second phase will be scheduled to give exams till the 19th of this month.
Earlier, the dates were scheduled between 6-8 October. UGC has not confirmed the date of releasing hall tickets so far. Thus, candidates should keep checking the official website as most probably the link will be available today.
