For them, perfect body and appearance are ideal, and they avoid social interaction also if their appearance has no flaws. It is because they see what others can’t.

Therefore, they check the mirror repeatedly and ask others about their looks to assure that they are looking good. The common areas for which they continuously seek other’s approval is the face, muscle size, hair, breast size, and even genitalia.
