Twitter Hack is trending since early December however, not all of the information has been revealed until now. The most recent reveal from the co-founder of Hudson Rock Alon Gal has said that the email information and private data from around 200 million users have been breached by an anonymous hacker.
The hack seems to be the most significant since the last time Facebook faced a similar situation where data from over 500 million users got hacked. However, this seems to display a greater threat as Twitter users mostly involve famous people from around the world including Politicians, Celebrities, and film stars.

Twitter Hack and its Outcome
Alon Gal, Co-Founder of a cyber-security firm Hudson Rock has recently revealed that email information and other private data from 235,000,000 (previously 400 million) has revealed now and some public information might also have leaked from these Twitter users, However, the phone numbers of the users is safe.

The Twitter hack may lead to malfunction activities like hacking and targeted phishing. Also, the origin of hackers is still unrecognized and its suspected that the leak was originated since 2021 that is way before Elon Musk started handling Twitter.
Regulators on both sides of the Atlantic might be interested in a significant Twitter breach. Twitter is being watched for compliance with European data protection laws and a US consent order by the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, where the company’s European headquarters are located, and by the US Federal Trade Commission.
