Known for the show “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Television’s lead actress Kanchi Singh will soon going to make a debut in the movie Shukradosh in the main role. On Tuesday morning, she arrived at the Ginnauri area in old Bhopal for shooting. In the meantime, she took some time out of his shooting schedule and had a special conversation with StackUmbrella.

Bhopal is a very beautiful city and I am getting the chance to shoot for my first film in this city. I am so delighted. I am doing the main role in the film. As such, I didn’t face any difficulty in bagging the role in the film as I was selected by the Director in the first shot. Maybe someone had sent my photographs and the director had selected those photographs for the first time only. This movie is based on a rural setup and I am playing the role of Kripa who is a vivacious and happy-go, lucky girl. She lives life on her own terms in a carefree way and loves a guy named Sunder, she even marries him.

I started my career as a child artist on a small screen but my parents wanted me to be a part of the Bollywood Industry and finally, their dream is coming true. Now I am actually satisfied. I think everyone wants to be an actor. Everyone has an artist buried in their heart but the only thing is we have to allow ourselves to give wings to our dreams and come forward. My journey from being a child artist to this position is consistently going ahead. I got my first lead role from the show “Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya” which was aired on Zeetv, after that it was “Yeh Rishtaa Kyaa Kehlata Hai” and after I did other daily soaps too and whatever roles I did , all were brilliant, I enjoyed it.
Web Series are becoming a good platform to showcase the hidden talent

I think Web series is becoming quite beneficial for actors, it’s a perfect destination to show the talent. It is filled with opportunities. Many hidden talents are coming forward through this platform, If I will get the opportunity, I would definitely consider it.

Well I am getting the opportunity to work in films, I really appreciate it but I will not leave the television industry. It will always be my first priority, I will continue to work here. I got the actual recognition from TV only and if I will get good offers and strong roles here, I will definitely consider it and whatever character I will play, I will do it with full dedication.
