Syed Akbaruddin, Indian Ambassador and permanent representative in the United Nations addressed the press after the UN Security Council meeting held at New York.
As expected Akabaruddin was asked about the scrapping of the Article 370 to which he replied saying it was the state’s internal matter.
Looking at the tensions prevailing between the two countries the press asked when would he be ready to have a dialogue with Pakistan.
His reply was very much savage

Amazingly composed, charming performance by Syed Akbaruddin, India’s ambassador at UN, on #Kashmir. Great show on a difficult wicket.

Syed Akbaruddin is a Diplomat par excellence. Takes first three questions from Pakistani media while Chinese and Pakistani diplomats run away from questions. When @AkbaruddinIndia is asked when will you hold dialogue with Pakistan. He walks up to them and shakes hands. Super! pic.twitter.com/YJV1JbXXmw

One of the occasions when you think 💭 that you should have chosen Indian Foreign Service ( IFS ) over Indian Administrative Service ( IAS) !! 🇮🇳@CentralIfs @AkbaruddinIndia #UNSC #akbaruddin #Pakistanhumiliated
