Shraddha Murder Case: In the case of the murder of Shraddha, the accused Aftab Amin Punawala, who is alleged to have cut his live-in partner into 35 pieces, had filed a bail petition in the Saket Court, which was to be heard today.

However, Aftab has now rejected the bail petition. The hearing, in this case, has been postponed in the Saket Court in Delhi. The hearing will now take place on December 22. During the hearing, the court ordered Afzal to appear in court through video conference.

When Aftab appeared in court through video conference, he was asked to meet with his lawyer. A meeting with Aftab’s lawyer will take place on Monday. After that, Aftab will say whether he wants to file a bail petition or not.
