10)Don’t Look Now (1973) - When Alex Finally Got Murdered 

Scene - The scene itself is scary when Alex catches a glimpse of a red coat girl, he thinks it is her dead daughter. He chases that red figurine, but it turns out that she is a dwarf old female who slit her throat with a meat cleaver.

Unfortunately for Alex, he realizes late that all the vision he was continuously seeing is the premonitions of his death.

If you watch this movie the ending scenes still keep you on the edge of your seat and give you psycho shock for days.

Scene - For me, it is not the scariest scene but also makes me to puke on the toilet.

7) Alien (1979) - The Chest Burster Scene

Scene- (Warning: Do not watch it while eating your food) In the dining table scene when all of the crew eating dinner, Kane shows some abnormal behavior he starts to vomit blood on the table. All the crew members began to panic and handle him.

In the end, his chest got busted out and little alien creatures moved out from his chest and wandered into the spacecraft. It was all bloodied and you feel disgruntled at the same time. For retro people, it was the scariest movie scene that made people jump out of their chairs.

Scene - In a horrific and tantalizing scene Tina is chased by the ghost-like creature, that ghost captures her from behind and begins to overpower her. Suddenly the camera shifted to the bedroom and to our surprise she was badly killed and levitated all in her dream and her boyfriend saw everything in horror.

This scene gives you nightmares and you’ll spend days without sleep, thinking something terrible might happen to you as well.

5) Inside (2007) - The Torturous Birth Scene

Scene- In the ending scene of the movie Sarah a pregnant woman attacked by an unknown woman with sharp scissors in her hand.  She wants Sarah's unborn child. Sarah ran for her life and in a struggle, she fell down from the stairs.

She went into labour pain and with no help she told her tormentor to remove her stuck baby. The tormentor removes her stuck baby with those pair of scissors, the scene itself is disgusted and leaves you to hate this movie for a long time.

4) Suspiria (Sara’s Reanimated Corpse) - (1979)

It has so many chilling scenes, maggots rain down and Suzy falls down the bundle of steel wires.

Scene - Sarah’s Simm’s mutilated corpse is reanimated and creeps into the room. Her demonic laugh makes the scene so horrible if you are watching it in high volume, you might get a panic attack. It is the scariest movie scene for late 70s people.

3) Hereditary (2018) - Charlie Death Scene 

 Hereditary movie is not for the weak heart, because it’ll shake your psychology a lot. It is weird and interesting at the same time. 

Scene -  Peter and his sister Charlie both attended the party. Charlie ate lots of chocolate cake and she suffered anaphylactic shock due to a severe allergy to nuts. Peter in a hurry put her on the back side of the car and took her to the hospital.

She was unable to breathe and started to choke, so she lifted her head outside the car window for air. Peter tries to avoid the deer on the road, and in this chaos, Charlie's head is hit by the telephone pole and she gets decapitated.

All of the scenarios happened in so much hurry that viewers got shocked and confused for a minute about what exactly happened to her.

2) Psycho - Shower Death Scene 

Scene -  Marion runs away from her current boyfriend and steals a hefty amount of money from him. She stayed in the motel and was slashed to death while showering by her murderer. The scene itself creates panic and mystery among the viewers.

Scene - This is the one of scariest movie scenes, I have ever encountered. A Leatherface killed all of Sally’s friends but left her alive for unwelcoming things.

Sally was tied up on the chair and watching the paranoid family eating human flesh for dinner. To her horror, she was served to her grandfather as a trophy, and an old man would decapitate her with a hammer.
