In this regard, senior advocate of Patna High Court and state convenor of BJP Legal Cell SD Sanjay said that Rohini Acharya has hidden many facts in the affidavit given during the nomination papers. He said that complete details of income have not been given in the affidavit. Many flaws have been found in the nomination paper and affidavit of Rohini Acharya and a protest has been lodged against the same.

He has given the declaration along with the wrong return form. He has filed his income tax return which has been mentioned. What he has written in his affidavit is that his income in a year is Rs. 4,000 in some year and Rs. 3 lakh in some year whereas He showed that he had Rs 20 lakh in his hand.

Major allegations on property made by BJP:

Rohini Acharya

Her husband has Rs 10 lakh. Not only this, regarding the property, she has registered Rs 2 crore 55 lakh 925 and her husband Samaresh Singh’s Rs 6 crore 92 lakh 40 thousand in the affidavit, whereas she has no source as to where Rs 3 crore came to her.

No details of him are recorded. Apart from this, she has bought a flat worth Rs 25 crore with her husband in Mumbai, but there is no detail about where the flat worth Rs 25 crore came from when her details are Rs 3 lakh 2 lakh in the income tax return. His address in the affidavit is not correct. She lives in Singapore but her address is written as Kautilya Nagar, Patna.

They have not recorded that as of today the Indian is a citizen of Singapore. She has become a non-district Indian. It is not marked. We have lodged all these objections during the scrutiny. It is noteworthy that Rohini Acharya had filed her nomination papers on 29 April.
