SC Issues Interim Bail Order Of Arvind Kejriwal, Orders Him To Surrender On June 2

The Supreme Court on Friday ordered releasing Delhi boss pastor Arvind Kejriwal on break bail until June 1 in the Delhi extract strategy case because of the continuous general races, dismissing the Implementation Directorate (ED’s) contentions against any “extraordinary treatment” to political pioneers for survey crusading.

“We are passing an order giving him interim bail till June 1,” a bench of justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta said, indicating a detailed order will be issued later in the day.

While conceding him bail, a seat of Judges Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta said Kejriwal is being delivered to crusade in the continuous Lok Sabha decisions and that he should give up and return to prison on June 2.
