The British car maker under TATA has claimed about this SUV that it is the first limited edition of the SV division in the Indian car market. The ex-showroom price of this Range Rover SUV has been kept at Rs 4.98 crore.
There will be only 12 units of the Ranthambore edition. Each unit will have individual door sill plates indicating which model the unit is (for example 1 of 12). The exterior of the SV division gets a custom black finish with red accents. It is also compared to Corinthian bronze and anthracite accents. It is inspired by tiger stripes. Its grille, tailgate and 23-inch dark alloy wheels are also inspired by the tiger stripes.
Range Rover SV Features
As per Land Rover, the Range Rover SV Ranthambore edition has been designed in a very special way. Just 12 units of this car will be delivered. The company has especially used a custom black theme in the exterior of this SUV. Also, a red color finish has been given.23 inch dark alloy wheels are available in the car. Caraway and Light Perlino semi-aniline calfskin has been used in the interior of the car.
Also, there is contrast stitching and a design like stripes on the tiger’s spine has been given on the seats. Alongside this, a lot of luxury look and facilities are available. The back travelers of the car get recline seats, controlled table, deployable cupholders, refrigerator compartment and SV scratched dish sets.
Range Rover SV Engine
Land Rover has given a 3 liter 6 cylinder turbo petrol engine in the Range Rover SV Ranthambore Edition SUV. It produces power of 294 bhp and torque of 550 Nm. It has an 8 speed automatic torque converter gearbox. This car runs on four wheel drive.
The company has claimed that the proceeds from the offer of every unit will be given to the wildlife conservation Trust of India to strengthen tiger and wildlife conservation efforts.
Range Rover SV Interior
The interior of Ranthambore Edition, inside the cabin, The bespoke luxury SUV gets corvette and perlina semi-aniline leather on the seats, which come with contrast stitching. The seats are embroidered, inspired by the stripes seen on the spine of a tiger.
The special variant Range Rover also gets customized scatter cushions, chrome highlights, light edge veneer and white ceramic dials, which differentiate the Ranthambore variant from the standard Range Rover SV. Being based on the Range Rover SV, the rear passenger gets a fully foldable seat, a powered table, cupholders and a refrigerated compartment.
Range Rover SV Exterior
Land rovers SV division has used a bespoke black finish on the exterior, which comes with a red color. The carmaker claims that these design elements resemble the stripes on the body of a tiger. These elements have been used on the grille, tailgate and 23- inches dark alloy wheels.
Range Rover SV price in Indian Market
Only 12 units of this edition will be manufactured by the company. Each unit will be given a number between 1 and 12. Its ex-showroom price has been kept at Rs 4.98 crore. The special thing is that the company will donate a part of the proceeds from the sale of every unit to the Wildlife Protection Trust of India to strengthen tiger and wildlife conservation efforts.
