Bhopal: Congress MP Vivek K Tankha asks for the imposition of President’s Rule in Madhya Pradesh. He wrote to President Kovind about the condition of Madhya Pradesh in the letter.

It is a one-person government that has no cabinet ministers. Such a government will put the state in the worst condition. There is no council of the minister that is required to help and advise the governor for exercising the necessary functions, he said. As per Article 163, it is essential to have a council of ministers, but this is a one-man government.
