The Oppo K12x 5G was launched in India in July in two colour options – Midnight Violet and Breeze Blue. Now, the company has introduced the phone in a new Feather Pink colour variant, which sees a soft pink colour on the back panel of the phone. It features a 120Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, dual camera setup, and a 5,100mAh battery.
Along with the launch of the phone, the price and sale date of the device has also been revealed. Let us tell you, the company has launched the Oppo K12x 5G phone in India on July 29.
Oppo K12x 5G Feather Pink colour price in India, availability
- The Oppo K12x 5G Feather Pink colour option is priced at Rs 12,999 for 6GB+128GB storage, which is similar to the price of the other colour variants.
- However, according to the company, it will be available to users via Flipkart during the upcoming Flipkart Big Billion Days 2024 sale at a price as low as Rs 10,999.
- Flipkart’s sale is scheduled to take place between September 27 and October 6. Meanwhile, the sale for Flipkart Plus subscribers will begin on September 26.
- While it is not confirmed, it is expected that the OPPO K12x 5G may also be available on the company’s site after the Flipkart Big Billion Days 2024 sale ends.
OPPO K12x 5G specifications
- Display: The OPPO K12x 5G features a 6.67-inch 120Hz display with a peak brightness of up to 1000 nits, which is lower than the 6.72-inch display seen on the OPPO K11x 5G.
- Chipset: The OPPO K12x 5G includes the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G processor, which also powers the Lava Blaze 3 5G and the Infinix Hot 50 5G. Notably, the previous model was announced with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, which is said to be slightly better than the Dimensity 6300.
RAM, storage: The OPPO smartphone comes in two storage variants – 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage. - Rear camera: The OPPO K12x 5G has a dual camera setup consisting of a 32MP main camera and a 2MP portrait sensor. However, the OPPO K11x 5G was launched with 108MP and 2MP sensors on the rear.
- Selfie camera: The OPPO K12x 5G has an 8MP sensor on the front, while the previous model had a 16MP camera.
- Battery, charging: The K12x 5G has a 5,100 battery, which is slightly better than the K11x 5G which has a 5,000mAh battery. However, the former model has 45W fast charging, while the latter model has 67W wired fast charging.
- Build: The OPPO K12x 5G has a polycarbonate body. It features an IP54 dust and water resistance rating and MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability, indicating that it can survive in different environments. The company claims that it is the most powerful 5G smartphone under Rs 15,000. Connectivity: Along with 5G, the smartphone features dual-band Wi-Fi ac, GPS, a USB Type-C port, Bluetooth v5.1 connectivity, and more.
This phone can be purchased from Flipkart at a starting price of Rs 10,999. Flipkart Plus customers will be able to buy this phone from September 26. At the same time, after the Flipkart Big Billion Day Sale starts, all customers will be able to buy this phone from September 27.
