Features
Jawa 42 FJ includes multi-spoke alloy wheels, a black-out engine, and an upswept exhaust pipe. Its base model has a wire-spoke wheel. This bike has all-LED lights, a digital instrument cluster (with Bluetooth connectivity), and an offset speedometer. Along with this, assist and slipper clutch have also been given in it. The bike also includes a USB charging port and a single pod, which provides convenience to the users.
Bike design
In terms of design, the Jawa 42 FJ has neo-retro styling like the standard 42, which includes a round headlamp, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and square side panels. However, some changes have been made in this new model, such as a shorter rear fender, split pillion grab rails, and blacked-out twin exhaust mufflers. Apart from this, brushed aluminum inserts have also been added to the fuel tank, which makes the bike even more attractive.
This bike is available in 5 colors –
Aurora Green Matte, Mystic Copper, Cosmo Blue Matte, Deep Black Matte Black Clad, and Deep Black Matte Red Clad. Apart from this, the biggest change in this model is in its engine. The Jawa 42 FJ has a 334cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, 350 Alpha2 engine, which generates 29 bhp of power and 29.6 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and slip-and-assist clutch.
Engine and power
Talking about the engine, the bike has a new 350 Alpha 2 engine which generates 29.1hp of power and 29.6Nm of torque. It has slightly more power than the old model. This engine is equipped with a 6-speed gearbox. The seat height of the bike is 790mm and its ground clearance is 178mm. The bike weighs 184 kg, which is 2 kg more than its regular model. Its steel chassis is paired with 41mm telescopic forks and twin shock absorbers.

The Jawa 42 FJ also gets full LED illumination, a USB charging port, and a fully digital instrument console like the standard 42. This new model will compete with bikes like the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Honda CB350 RS.
