For the Fighter movie, Hrithik again paired up with his favourite fitness coach Kris Gethin also his old coach Swapnil Hazare. His coach helps him in his transformational journey.

Hrithik Roshan’s coach revealed his fitness routine –

  • He works 5-days a week with 45-60 minutes per session with two days off & one day off
  • For each session, he focused on back & biceps, chest & triceps, or shoulders & abs.
  • He also focuses on completing a minimum of 10,000 steps every day on top of his cardio
  • Every day he either hit the beach for Jog or swim for 40 minutes.
  • He changed the workout so the routine would not be monotonous
  • He goes to bed early at 9 PM & gets up early in the morning

  • He also revealed that he consumes one meal of 130 gm of protein every 3 hours
