- Then click on the “down arrow” next to the publish button at the bottom right corner

- Create an account on the “Buffer” website and link it to your Instagram account
- Click on the “Publishing tab” located in the top left corner of the screen
- Click on “Queue” located in the top toolbar and select “What would you like to share”
- Upload or create your post
- Then add to Queue and select down-carrot
- In the popup menu, click on the schedule post
- Select desired date and time and toggle on “Schedule”
You can also schedule Instagram posts by other third-party apps like HootSuite, Sked Social if you don’t like Buffer. You will have to simply link your account with these tools and schedule posts.
