  5. Then click on the “down arrow” next to the publish button at the bottom right corner

  1. Create an account on the “Buffer” website and link it to your Instagram account
  2. Click on the “Publishing tab” located in the top left corner of the screen
  3. Click on “Queue” located in the top toolbar and select “What would you like to share”
  4. Upload or create your post
  5. Then add to Queue and select down-carrot
  6. In the popup menu, click on the schedule post
  7. Select desired date and time and toggle on “Schedule”

You can also schedule Instagram posts by other third-party apps like HootSuite, Sked Social if you don’t like Buffer. You will have to simply link your account with these tools and schedule posts.
