Anger management  in these pandemic times is the biggest challenge now. Covid has created lots of turbulence in the lives of people. It has not only affected physical health but mental health too.Many things have come to a stalemate,so it is likely possible we can become filled with stress, fears, anger, anxieties. All these are related to each other other. If there will be stress and anxiousness,we will become inclined towards anger.

Mental and physical health are interdependent on each other. If there will be constant stress and yelling, it will have an extreme impact on our health. Evidence have showed that anger and stress are connected to high blood pressures, stroke, improper diet, heart diseases, ulcers,chronic pains and heart diseases.

Thus it is necessary that we should train our mind in order to remain healthy. Our mental health has a huge control on our physical health. 1. Check your anger

You need to monitor your aggression levels regularly. You need to see how you are responding with it. Examine how your body is responding like your heart beat may become fast, you start feeling fatigue, tiredness and high body temperature.

In this way you start caring about yourself, you will know how your irritability  and annoyance is making you weak day by day. So, you start working towards it. It is the first priority of Anger management.

Half of the problems Will be solved if you take 6-8 hours of sleep and give rest to your mind. Most of the people after getting infected with corona or even post covid also suffer from insomnia and due to lack of sleep more of the irritability and anger is created which affect their routine also.

Though there maybe sleeplessness but at least you will get rest.It is effective for your mental well-being and body. And slowly and gradually your sleeping problems will also go away
