Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp integration confirmed

During the quarterly earnings call of the company, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg confirmed that the company is actually planning to fade the lines between its three messaging services, including Instagram and Whatsapp, but it is not arriving in anytime soon. It will take time.

As per the reports, the company is planning to add Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. While a lot find it overwhelming to have all the three services integrated, the idea of Mark Zuckerberg behind the initiative is to make it easier to send messages across its apps.

As per the saying of Facebook’s co-owner, there are users in million numbers who have Facebook Messenger as their default SMS app and it would be beneficial to allow people to send messages between apps with strong encryption that works across all services.
