For making strawberry milk pops, all you need is 200g strawberries, 100ml-skimmed milk, and 200g condensed milk.

First, take strawberries and blend them in a blender until smooth. Then, add condensed and semi-skimmed milk to the paste of strawberries. Mix all the ingredients and pour into ice-lolly molds and pin the tops. Keep them in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours. After that, for releasing the pops, warm the molds under the tap.

For making mango sorbet, all you need is to take 4 chopped mangoes. Then take a plate, spread mangoes on it, and freeze them for at least one hour. After that, put the mango in a grinder, add 4tbsp honey and blend properly. Transfer into a baking pan or an ice cream and freeze it for at least 4-5 hours. For making this delicious ice cream, all you need is to take 1 cup of condensed milk, ½ cup cocoa powder, and whisk till its smooth. Then add ½ cup choco chips to the paste and gently mixed them with a spoon. Put the mixture in a bowl and use a cling foil to cover them. Freeze for 6-7 hours and enjoy yummy creamy chocolate ice-cream.

Malai Kulfi:

When it comes to Indian Ice-creams, Malai kulfi is the best easy to prepare it a home. For making Malai Kulfi, you need to take 1 ltr boil full-cream milk. Then add 2tbsp chopped almonds, 4 to 5 tbsp sugar, 4-5 cardamom and chopped cashews in the milk. Whisk gently and let it cook on the low frame until it is ¼ of the whole quantity of milk. After this, remove from the stove and let it cool down. Next, pour the mixture in kulfi mold or any airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

For making this ice-cream, all you need to take 2 cups of chilled cream and whisk to make a fluffy and light paste. After that, add one and half spoon of vanilla essence with 1 can of condensed milk, and whisk is again to make a perfect mixture. Now put the mixture in the freezer for at least 7 hours.
