The country is locked down due to the coronavirus outbreak and lack of human interference has given nature to heal itself. The examples of nature healing itself have been observed in various parts of the country.

A new video is going viral in which dolphins were spotted. The rare breed of dolphins that are endangered was seen in the Ganges in Meerut.

The clip was shared on Twitter by user Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Akash Deep Badhawan. Dolphins were seen enjoying the clean water of Ganges amid the lockdown.

The user gave the information saying:

He further added:

“Officially discovered in 1801, these creatures are practically blind, with small slits for eyes. They hunt using ultrasonic sounds to track other fishes in the vicinity. Usually solo, sometimes they are found in small groups, especially Mother and calf,”
