Citroen C3 Aircross: five-, seven-seat layout, more features
Citroen C3 will offer three rows of seating, as we previously mentioned. There are rumors that a version with five seats will also be sold.
- The dashboard appears to be like the more modest C3, however, there will be a few distinctions as the C3 is supposed to be more extensive.
- It appears that the 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system is identical to the C3’s.
- The full-digital instrument cluster with a tachometer, which is currently not available on the C3, will be one of the most important feature additions on the Aircross.
Additionally, drive modes are anticipated for the C3 Aircross. The spy shots also show that there are blower controls and air conditioning vents mounted on the roof for passengers in the second and third rows. Passengers in the third row each have their own USB charging ports.
Citroen C3 Aircross exterior Styling Revealed
Additionally, the front-end styling of the C3 has been leaked. It actually has the Citroen family look and is more upmarket than the C3. There’s a blend of chrome, Drove components, and piano dark wrap front and center, including a fake aluminum look on the lower guard region. The spy shots show that the higher models will come with funky alloy wheels.
Citroen C3 Two Powertrains On Offer
- Two 1.2-liter gasoline engines are anticipated for the C3 Aircross SUV.
- The naturally aspirated version with 82 horsepower is likely to be available on lower models, while the turbo-petrol version with 110 horsepower will be available on higher-priced three-row models.
- A five- or six-speed manual gearbox is expected to be the only option for the gearbox, but an automatic gearbox may be available at launch.
Citroen C3 expected Rivals
Citroen appears to be targeting the lower end of the midsize SUV segment with the five-seater C3 SUVs, which include the naturally aspirated Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Toyota Hyryder. In a similar vein, it might set prices for the seven-seater versions of the Creta and Seltos in higher trim levels.
Citroen C3 Aircross engine options
We expect Citroen C3 to carry the 1.2-liter naturally aspirated and turbo petrol engines with the C3 Aircross. Both these engines also do duties on the C3 and are paired with a five-speed manual and a six-speed manual, respectively.
