BMW is clearly in no mood to play it safe. With the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro, the German luxury brand is pushing the X3 into proper performance territory, and honestly, it was long overdue. Pre-bookings are now open, prices will be announced on February 16, 2026, and this new variant sits firmly at the top of the X3 lineup in India.
If you’ve ever felt the current X3 was luxurious but a bit too polite, this one fixes that.
BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro: What’s New
Facts first. The BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro becomes the most powerful X3 ever sold in India. It brings more power, sharper design cues and bigger wheels, without messing with the formula that already works.
Key highlights are listed below:
- New 258hp turbo-petrol engine
- Standard xDrive all-wheel drive
- Larger 20-inch alloy wheels
- Exclusive Brooklyn Grey exterior colour
- M Sport Professional exterior treatment
This isn’t a facelift. It’s a statement.

BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro: Engine and Performance
Let’s talk numbers, because they matter here.
Under the hood, the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro uses a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with 48V mild-hybrid tech. Output stands at 258hp and 400Nm, paired with an 8-speed Steptronic automatic gearbox sending power to all four wheels.
Performance figures:
- 0–100 kmph: 6.3 seconds
- Claimed fuel efficiency: 14.61 kmpl
That makes it significantly quicker than:
- X3 xDrive20 petrol (190hp, 7.8s)
- X3 xDrive20d diesel (197hp, 7.7s)
In simple words: this X3 finally feels like a BMW should.

BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro: Exterior Design Changes
Visually, the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro looks meaner, and that’s a good thing.
The M Sport Professional package adds:
- Gloss black kidney grille
- Red M Sport brake callipers
- M badges on the fenders
- Illuminated grille surround and door sills
The big upgrade is the 20-inch alloy wheels, a size up from the 19-inch rims on other variants. The SUV’s dimensions remain unchanged, but the stance feels wider and more planted.
The new Brooklyn Grey shade is a smart addition and should quickly become a crowd favourite.
