BMW India has introduced its upcoming adventure motorcycle. This new BMW bike BMW F900 GS is an adventure bike. The company has posted several teasers of it on its social media handle. Looking at which it can be said that it can be launched in the Indian market before the festive season.
The engine of the BMW F900 GS bike is very powerful
The BMW F900 GS range has been available for sale in the international market for some time. Its features have already been revealed. Now preparations are being made to launch it in the Indian market. It has an 895 cc, twin-cylinder engine, which generates 105 bhp of power and 93 Nm of peak torque. Its motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Along with this, the F900 GS and its adventure trim have been given features like multiple riding modes, power modes, traction control, ABS, a bi-directional quick shifter, and a large 6.5-inch color TFT display.
The bike is off-road-oriented
The F900 GS and Adventure trim differ in terms of the company’s overall use. Its base trim is properly off-road oriented. Not only this, large spoke wheels have been given with relatively less bodywork. The Adventure variant is more touring-oriented than the F900 GS, as it has a larger fuel tank as well as an adjustable suspension setup.
This will be the price in India
In recent times, BMW India has posted many teasers on social media. Looking at which it is expected that the company can launch the F900 GS range in India very soon. After launching in India, it will be seen competing with the Triumph Tiger 900. Its ex-showroom price in India can be up to Rs 13 lakh.
