1. Chicken Biryani

This South Indian dish is another dish which is fulfilling and delicious at the same time. If you are in a hurry just gulp down the crispy crepes with some sambar or chutney. It is also prepared in a plethora of variations like Masala Dosa, Set Dosa, Uthappam, Paper Dosa, Rava Dosa, 70mm dosa, Pesarattu, paneer dosa, chicken 65 dosa, cheese dosa and Pizza Dosa.
The perfect Indian snack which is most preferred is samosa. The crispy conical covering is stuffed with potato filling which is blended with Indian spices. The dish can be combined with tea or coffee and would make a perfect Indian snack.
This dish was brought to India by the Mughals but India has now adapted it very well. Also, samosa comes with a variety of fillings such as Italian, Chinese which gives a twist and innovation to the flavours.
4. Butter Chicken/ Butter Paneer
Butter chicken/Paneer is obviously the most ordered dish and we can’t question why. Vegetarians opt for paneer which comes with a thick red gravy. While the non-vegetarians love it with chicken. The buttery flavour enhances the taste of the dish. Sitting in an Indian restaurant you would definitely order one of them.
5. Tandoori Breads/ Naan/ Kulcha
The curry can be eaten along with rice or bread. The tandoori bread/ naan or kulchas are perfect to be paired up with Indian curries. These Indian bread can also be served with stuffings of paneer, potato or onions.
Chaat is another snack which almost every Indian loves. The mouth-watering flavours like sweet and salty put in crispy puris are just where your heart melts. This is a snack which you would find on any road’s side and in a hotel as well. The Chaat usually includes components like crispy fried dough chips, called Papadis.
They are usually stuffed with boiled potatoes, lentils, chickpeas. Topped with tamarind chutney, green chilli and mint chutney, dried mango powder, puffed rice, yoghurt and onions. 7. Dal Makhani
Another North Indian dish which is loved in all parts of India is Dal Makhani. Dal Makhani is made with whole black lentils and kidney beans and also uses white butter and cream in it for decoration. The dish is mostly eaten with Rotis or any Indian bread. The buttery taste of this dish is just a rich flavour that adds to this dish making it most loved.
