Hyundai Motor India has launched the 2025 year update model of its popular mid-size SUV Creta in India. The new generation Hyundai Creta comes with more than 70 safety features including Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). No mechanical changes have been made in it.
The South Korean company has added two new variants to the car: EX(O) and SX Premium and the EX(O) variant has a panoramic sunroof, making this feature available in the Creta at an affordable price. Some of the existing variants like the SX(O) have also received changes in their feature list.
Hyundai Creta: Starting price Rs. 11.11 Lakh
Now it is available in 9 variants – E, EX, EX(O), S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, SX(O) and SX Premium. In this you get the option of 6 single-tone and one dual-tone color. The price of Hyundai Creta ranges from Rs 11.11 lakh to Rs 20.42 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
Buyers can book it by paying a token amount of Rs 25,000 from the official dealership or online. In this section, it competes with Kia Celtos, Maruti Grand Vitara, Honda Elevate, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyrider, Skoda Kushak, MG Estore, Volkswagen Tagun and Citron C3 aercross.
Hyundai Creta 2025 Exterior Design
Hyundai has designed the new Creta around the ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ design theme and the front features H-shaped LED DRL’s strip, new and split quad-beam headlight setup (vertical position), new larger radiator grille and a new bumper.
Its rear has a new design tailgate, connected LED taillamps and two L-shaped LED DRL’s pattern. Apart from this, variant specific badging and a new bumper will also be available. There is not much change in the side profile except for the new alloy wheels.
The upcoming Hyundai Creta will come with 6 mono-tone colour options. These include Robust Emerald Pearl (new), Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, Atlas White and Titan Grey. Apart from this, a dual-tone color option – Atlas White with Black Roof will be available. Overall, the SUV looks more bulky than its current model and its look has become bolder than before.
Hyundai Creta: Interior
The new Hyundai Creta is equipped with high-tech features. It has a dual-tone theme like before. The dashboard of the car has a completely new and more premium look, on which a dual screen setup has been given like the Kia Seltos.
On the passenger side, the piano black panel at the top of the dashboard gets side AC vents and a new open storage area with ambient lighting underneath. The new generation Creta also gets new touch enabled climate control panel along with new thinner central AC vents.
The lower part of the center console still goes up to the climate control panel, but the company has made changes here. It gets a wireless phone charging dock (with ambient lighting), gear shifter and front cup holders.
Hyundai Creta: Performance and Engine
The new Hyundai buyer has been introduced with three engine options. It will get a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine (115PS/144Nm) and a 1.5-liter diesel engine (115PS/250Nm) as before. Apart from this, it also has a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine (160ps/253Nm) from Hyundai Varna. The car has four transmission options, including 6-speed manual, IVT, 7-speed DCT and 6-speed automatic.
