If red spots are visible on your eyes, it can be a sign of hypertension i.e. high blood pressure or circulation-related problems. High Cholesterol Level
If yellowness is visible around your eyes, it is a sign that your cholesterol level has increased, which is dangerous for your heart. These yellowness around the eyes are cholesterol-laden bumps, called xanthelasmas. These are not painful and are seen much more often in women than in men.
