According to the information given by the Times Of India, the court after hearing the case of Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya’s divorce has declared that their children must be sent back to Dubai so that they can resume their studies. But following the same news, the report says that Nawazuddin’s daughter Shora is not willing to return to Dubai and she fears that she will be bullied there. The overall situation in her parent’s life is somehow affecting her and her mother Aaliya is taking her to therapy sessions. Shore wants to stay with her mother but the court order is still pending on the current case.

In conversation with Etimes, Aaliya’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui has said that Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his lawyers have sent him a draft of the conditions of the settlement and now he is in the discussion process with Aaliya regarding the same. He further added that he wishes all the misconceptions and disputes between the couple should be sorted so that they can take care of their children’s future and focus on their well-being as responsible parents.

Rizawan also said that they will ask the actor to withdraw Rs 100 cr defamation suit as a part of a settlement between the two. Adding to his words he said, “As far as the defamation suit filed by Mr. Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the High Court is concerned, I can only say that we have not been served any copy of the same as yet, but in any event, the suit was filed prior to the settlement proposed by Mr. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and therefore the withdrawal of the same will automatically become an integral part of the settlement.”
