Vivo X Fold 2 will launch within the first few months of 2023 as the phone has already been selected for the final design. The device will launch with superior properties over Vivo X Fold which was launched earlier this year in April. The previous version has Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC whereas Vivo X Fold 2 will feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC for faster response and better performance.
Vivo has not officially committed to the launch and specs of Vivo X Fold 2. The data is mostly retrieved from a reliable tipster that researches China’s Weibo and tracks information about the latest details about upcoming smartphones.

Vivo X Fold 2 Specs and Price
The device will have promising screen quality with 2K resolution foldable display. Above that, the device will feature two-under display ultrasonic fingerprint for ease to the users as they could unlock the device from either side of the device.
The information from the reliable tipster revealed that the device will be even thinner and lighter than the devices like Vivo X Fold + and Vivo X Fold that were released earlier this year. The device’s ultrasonic fingerprint will qualify it as the most prominent smartphone of the year 2023.
The camera will be powered with Sony IMX866 and will further be optimized with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) for the clearest and still photos. The primary camera of the Vivo X Fold 2 will have a 50MP Sony IMX866 powered lens.
The device will overpower the market with its 2K AMOLED high-resolution display. The device will launch in the first half of the year 2023 and it is supposedly going to launch with Vivo X Flip.

Vivo X Fold and X Fold +
The previous version Vivo X Fold featured a quad rear camera for excellent image quality. The device had a wide display of 8.03-inch with a 2K+ resolution Samsung E5 display. The device has a 120Hz refresh rate and the outer display measures 6.53 inches. Vivo launched X Fold + a few months later with an improvised processor Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
