After a long time in the history of the US Presidentialship, classified documents are making headlines these days. US President Biden classified documents found in his private office on 2nd November before the midterm election.
The 10 classified files were found at Joe Biden think tank at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.
These files were discovered by the US president’s personal attorneys at Biden’s personal office.
These files were from Biden’s Vice Presidentship time from 2009-2017, Penn-Biden Center office was used by Biden from mid-2017 until the start of his 2020 campaign.
The Biden personal attorneys found this files, when they were vacating the office.
These files were discovered in a locked closet.
The White House counsel notified the National Archives on the day of the discovery of those documents.

What Happened Next After the Discovery of the Classified Files
After the discovery, these files were handed over to the national archives Department of Justice probing the investigation. FBI is now involved in the investigation.
U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland had asked the U.S. Attorney in Chicago John Lausch to review these classified files.
Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president said in a statement “The documents were discovered when Biden’s personal attorneys “were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C.”
“He also added the White House was cooperating with the Justice Department and the National Archives.”
However, his statement did not mention the number of classified documents and the level of their secrecy.
A source familiar with the CBS explained that these files did not contain nuclear secrets.
Trump’s Response to These Classified files Findings
Trump was and still is under investigation by the Justice Department and FBI after finding of more than 300 classified documents at his Florida Mar-a-Lago estate.
After classified documents of Biden were found in his private office. Trump wrote in his social media channel Truth Social platform “When is the FBI going to raid the many homes of Joe Biden, perhaps even the White House? These documents were definitely not declassified,”
