The most-awaited Football tournament UEFA Euro 2020 is finally going to start from tomorrow. And not just football fanatics, Google is also excited for the event. The Google doodle says it all. Turkey and Italy will play the first match in the host country Europe.

The first match will be held in the largest stadium in Italy – Stadio Olimpica. However, for the first time, fans won’t be able to watch the match live from the ground due to sitting restrictions. Even though the stadium has a capacity of 72,698 people, only 16,000 people can get the space.

24 European teams will vie for the Henri Delaunay Trophy during 51 matches. There will be group matches where each group will have four teams. Only UEFA Euro 2020 qualifiers will compete in Round 16.

Teams competing on 12th June
• Turkey and Italy at 12:30 am ( Group A)
• Denmark and Finland at 09:30 pm ( Group A)
• Wales and Switzerland at 06:30 pm ( Group B)
Matches on 13th June, Sunday
• Belgium and Russia at 12:30 am (Group B)
• Austria and North Macedonia at 09:30 pm (Group C)
• England and Croatia at 06:30 pm (Group D)
Group C and Group D will play on 14th June, Monday
• Netherlands and Ukraine at 12:30 am ( Group C)
• Scotland and Czech Republic at 06:30 pm ( Group D)
• Poland and Slovakia at 09:30 pm ( Group E)
15th June, Tuesday
• Spain and Sweden from Group F will play first round at 12:30 am
• Hungary and Portugal will have a match at 09:30 pm on the same day
16th June, Wednesday
France and Germany are the last teams to compete in the first round at 12:30 am on Wednesday.

Round 16 And Finals Of UEFA EURO 2020

These were the first Group matches to be held in UEFA EURO 2020. The second and third rounds will continue till 24th June 2021. Winning teams will go to the qualifying round and will compete for finals.
The final match of EURO 2020 will be held on 12th July. This year’s football tournament is going to be extra special because all the matches will be played in Europe itself.
Semi-final and Final matches will be held in London in the most famous Wembley Stadium.
