TVS Jupiter 110 2025: New Model with Enhanced Features & Performance

TVS Motors has launched the updated model of its most popular scooter TVS Jupiter 110 in India. The company has updated the scooter according to OBD-2B emission norms. The company will also update the rest of the models in its two-wheeler portfolio by the end of this month. The deadline for automobile companies to update their vehicles as per emission norms is April 1. The scooter is available in 4 variants and 7 colour options.

Its starting ex-showroom price has been kept at Rs 79,291. The new Jupiter comes with a new generation engine, new design and more features than before. It has features like emergency stop signal, auto-cut turn indicator, distance to empty, voice commands, hazard lamp and follow-me headlamp. In India it competes with Honda Activa.

The updated Jupiter features advanced updates such as new LED headlamps, LED light bar with integrated turn indicators on the front apron and hazard lamps. The rear also gets an LED light bar with emergency brake light alert and integrated turn indicators.

TVS has paid special attention to the gloss black plastic as it does not scratch the scooter easily. Apart from this, TVS says that the seat is now the largest in the segment and it comes with metal body panels as before. The scooter is available in Meteor Red Gloss, Titanium Grey Matte, Lunar White Gloss, Starlight Blue Gloss, Galactic Copper Matte, Twilight Purple Gloss and Dawn Blue Matte colour options.

TVS has replaced the 109.7cc engine in the new Jupiter with a 113.3cc new generation single cylinder, 4 stroke two valve engine with air-cooled and fuel injection technology. It generates a maximum power of 7.91hp at 5,000rpm and a torque of 9.2Nm at 5,000rpm.

TVS is offering electric assist and micro-hybrid technology with this engine. It gets a small electric boost with the help of Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) while accelerating. This increases the peak power of the scooter by 8hp and torque by 9.8Nm. The company claims that the iGO Assist feature of the new Jupiter will give 10% more mileage. Its top speed is 82kmph.

Follow-me headlamps with all-LED lighting setup The old generation Jupiter came with very few features, but the updated model has a lot of features and technology, due to which it is giving tough competition to other 110CC scooters. It has an all-LED lighting setup with follow-me headlamps with integrated turn indicators.

It has a colour LCD instrument console, which supports smartphone connectivity via TVS’ Smart X-Connect and also gets call/SMS alerts via Bluetooth, navigation, voice assistance, mobile charger and hazard light. It also has a ‘Find Me’ feature.

The seat length of the new Jupiter scooter is 756 mm, which makes it easy for the rider and a passenger to sit comfortably. Its underseat storage is 33 liters which is more than the 21 liters of the old generation. The scooter has a fuel filling option at the front.

TVS has provided twin telescopic forks in the front and gas charged shock absorber suspension in the rear for comfortable riding in the new hybrid scooter. The scooter has 12-inch wheels on both sides. Talking about braking, the updated Jupiter gets 130mm drum brakes as standard on both wheels. Apart from this, you will get the option of a 220mm front disc brake.
