James Cameron is ready to blow your mind and take you to a different world for the second time with Avatar 2. Though the movie is so far from our reach as Avatar 2 release date is not even around the corner. But, the first glimpse of this super hit science-fiction will be released tomorrow at CinemaCon.

Will it break all the previous records set by Avatar or disappoint the audience? That’s yet to know but there are a few things we definitely know about the second chapter of Jake and Neytiri.
Things to Know About Avatar 2- Release Date, Facts, and Budget
#1. 160 Languages
This high-on VFX movie is going to be a mass entertainer as the movie would get released in around 160 languages in all formats.
#2. Took a Decade to Complete
It took ten years for James Cameron to present not only a brilliant story but also a visually appealing movie. So, it’s not surprising that why Avatar 2 is taking so long. From scripting, shooting, to visuals, all kept fans waiting for 13 years and finally, the movie would release this year.

#3. Old Cast, New Characters
If you are thinking James will bring new characters in the movie, you are partially right. However, the old cast of Avatar will be returning to the Pandora where Sam Worthington will play Jake Sully and Zoe Saldana will do Neytiri.
Interestingly, Sigourney Weaver would be seen in a new skin. She played the character of Dr. Grace Augustine in the previous movie but her role ended during the conflict in Avatar. Her role is not confirmed yet.
James has revived the character of Stephen Lang in Avatar 2 who died in the first part. His entry is going to be unexpected. A few more stars are also joining the cast of Avatar 2 and surprising ones are Kate Winslet, Michelle Yeoh, Oona Chaplin, and Cliff Curtis.

Since it’s been a long, the audience can expect the up-gradation in Jake and Neytiri’s life. The couple will have two boys and one daughter. Jamie Flatters will play their first and oldest kid, Britain Dalton as second, and Trinity Bliss will be their youngest kid.

The first part of this sci-fi epic was made on the budget of 23.7 Crores USD. The second one is even more expensive. Around 25 crores USD is spent on the movie.

Avatar 2 is a battle of Jake and Neytiri with humans and their discovery of Pandora. The couple is abandoned by their family and now they have to struggle with unexplored areas of this new world and the mysterious species living there. It is going to be an emotional and visual journey.
#7. Many More Avatars to Come
There’s good news for all the Avatar fans as this is not the end of this unique story. Avatar 3, 4, and 5 are also in the making and will be released by 2027.
Well, that’s too far from now. Talking about Avatar 2 release date, the movie will be shown in theatres by the end of this year and the date is set as 16th December 2022.
