If you are a big fan of Bollywood films and always stay tuned to all of its gossip, then you must know the story of late actress Jiah Khan. She was one of the most beautiful and upcoming superstars of her time who appeared in various successful Hindi movies, such as Ghajini, Housefull and Nishabd.
But despite being at the edge of her career, Bollywood actress Jiah Khan hanged herself at her Juhu home in Mumbai on 3rd June 2013. No one knows what happened to her at that time. But when Mumbai Police investigated her residence, they found a six-page suicide note which mentioned the name of her then-boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi, lead actor in the 2015 released film Hero.
In that suicide note, Jiah wrote every reason that ultimately drove her to death, including her intimate relationship and mental and physical torture by Sooraj. Since then, Bollywood actor Sooraj Pancholi has been facing severe legal charges and backlash in the industry. Till now, he has appeared in three movies, and all of them turned out flops.
However, recent reports suggest that the CBI court has made its final verdict on this. As per the law, the court has to drop all the charges against the actor due to ‘paucity of evidence’, which means there is not enough evidence to sentence him guilty.

While leaving from court after the verdict, Bollywood actor Sooraj Pancholi interacted with the media and talked about how Jiah Khan’s suicide case destroyed him over the years.
In his statement, Sooraj said, “The verdict has taken 10 long painful years and sleepless nights, But today I have not only won this case against me but I have also won my dignity and confidence back, it took a lot of courage to face the world with such heinous allegations, I hope and pray to God that nobody goes through what I have gone through at such a young age, I don’t know who will give me these 10 years of my life back to me, but I am glad that this has finally come to an end not only for me but especially for my family. There is nothing bigger than peace in this world.”

On the other hand, Jiah Khan’s mother also shared her thoughts with the media. She said “Main ek baat kahungi. Aaj abetment to suicide eradicate hua hai. Lekin the question mark is ‘How did my child die?’ So the cause of death is still pending.”
