Samsung has revealed details of its February Unpacked event, with the company providing a glimpse of its upcoming Galaxy S23 series.

Samsung announced that they will demonstrate how innovation and sustainability can work together to create an optimal premium experience at their Unpacked event on February 1. They hinted that a smarter camera system, advanced hardware and software optimization, and a more unified ecosystem will likely be featured.

The most interesting part is that Samsung is hinting that we might soon see the Ultra label on more products, beyond the Galaxy S smartphones and Galaxy Tab S tablets.

Furthermore, Samsung mentions a new chipset arising from its open partnership philosophy, which is rumored to be from Qualcomm.

This could mean that the Galaxy S23 series may be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, proving to be a wise choice for the company given Qualcomm’s proven track record.
