Royal Enfield Classic 650: Royal Enfield revealed new motorcycles and concepts at the EICMA show in Milan, Italy, and many of them were also showcased at the Motoverse 2024 festival held in Vagator, Goa. Among the highlights was the Royal Enfield Classic 650 twin, which was officially confirmed to launch in January 2025, but it seems to be getting delayed a bit.

We expect the Classic Roadster to arrive at the end of next month or in March. The Royal Enfield Classic 650 is largely inspired by the classic design of the Classic 350, including features like a circular LED headlamp, prominent mudguards and a teardrop-shaped fuel tank. As the latest model in Royal Enfield’s 650 cc lineup, it retains the brand’s retro charm.

The styling and design of the Royal Enfield Classic 650 is similar to the Classic 350. It gets a retro design with a teardrop fuel tank, spoke rim and neutral riding triangle. All the lights are circular and the headlamp has an LED unit. The motorcycle will be offered in a single seat as well as pillion seat option.

Talking about the engine of Classic 650, it has a 648cc, parallel-twin engine, which generates 47hp of power and 52.3Nm of torque. It has a 6-speed gearbox with slip-and-assist clutch. This motorcycle also has a large petrol tank with a capacity of 14.8 liters. You will be able to buy this motorcycle in 4 color options Teal, Vallum Red, Bruntingthorpe Blue and Black Chrome.

Like the Classic 350, it has a Tripper navigation system with an instrument cluster. For suspension, telescopic forks are provided in the front and twin shock absorbers in the rear. Its seat height is 800mm and its ground clearance is 154mm. The weight of this motorcycle is 243 kg. In this way, it is also the heaviest model in the company’s lineup. Its ex-showroom price can be around Rs 3.50 lakh.
